Shipping Policy

United States (Continental):

Each package is insured and requires an adult signature upon delivery of the item.

Please provide an address where someone can sign for and accept the package.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. 

We offer UPS 2nd-Day Air Delivery and UPS 1-Day Air Delivery. We do this to ensure you get your package promptly and damage-free.

For orders totaling $1,500 and above, shipping rates of $35 or lower will be free. (In most cases, the discount will be available for the UPS 2nd-Day Air Delivery option.)

For local customers, please choose in-store pickup by checkout.

Canada:

Each package is insured up to USD$200. We recommend you add International Order Insurance to have your package insured up to USD$5,000.

Shipping and import fees, taxes, and duties are calculated in your cart and at checkout.

For orders totaling USD$1,500 and above, shipping rates of USD$35 or lower will be free. 

Israel:

Each package is insured up to USD$200. We recommend you add International Order Insurance to have your package insured up to USD$5,000.
