Return Policy

We hope you love purchase! If for any reason an in-stock item isn’t quite right, it may be returned for store credit as long as we receive the item back within 7 days of delivery.

All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or have had tags removed are not eligible for return.

Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future PK Hart Jewels purchase.

Special orders and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as PK Hart Jewels is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
