How can I shop as a Canadian?

If you are a Canadian customer, please make sure you are browsing the $CAD version of our website by selecting the $CAD option at the top or bottom of the website. 

Are packages insured?

Each package is insured up to USD$200. We recommend you add International Order Insurance to have your package insured up to USD$5,000.

Will I have to pay import fees?

Shipping, import fees, taxes, and duties are calculated in your cart and at checkout.

Is shipping free?

For orders totaling USD$1,500 and above, shipping rates of USD$35 or lower will be free. 

Are returns and exchanges possible?

Due to the complexity of import/export duty fees, we are unable to refund or exchange purchases that are shipped out of the United States and/or that are not paid for in USD.

How are packages delivered?

Packages are shipped via DHL Express shipping. We deliver with DHL Express to ensure you get your package promptly. A signature is required by default to receive your package. You will receive an email from DHL with multiple options to manage your delivery.

Please note that if you choose to pre-authorize a signature release, by doing so, you take on full responsibility for your package in the unfortunate case it is stolen. We recommend you provide an address where someone can physically sign for and accept your package.
